屈春云,女,中共党员,工学博士,毕业于华南理工大学,现为轻工食品学院讲师,发酵食品课程群校级教学成员。目前参与的课程教学有化工原理及生物反应工程。主要从事于岭南特色酒类、发酵调味品、药食同源发酵制品的相关微生物种质资源挖掘及应用研究。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,共发表SCI论文10篇,中文核心2篇。其中第一/通讯作者论文5篇,部分发表论文如下:
